The payment way we usually prefer Alibaba assurance payment, Alibaba supports credit card, paypal, for large amount , we can accept T/T wire transfer, to save your transaction fees.

The file of your design:PSD,AI,CDR,EPS,JPG JPG and PNG are acceptable, if you want professional results, use a resolution of 300 DPI) Kindly create outlines for letters, because we don't have the same font as yours. So the letters we get will appear in different fonts.

Kindly set the color mode of all files to CMYK/8-bit channel.

Small letters needs to be thickened, at least 2mm, to avoid falling off because it is too thin.

If you have high color requirements, please provide the Pantone color code so that we can adjust the color.

We will not make any modifications to the customer's artwork, because ink or machine differences will cause differences in the colors produced by each manufacturer, and we cannot guarantee that there will be no color difference.

Kindly specify the color of the image. Kindly mark "remove background" if you don't need them.

Kindly mark the width,heightt of your image.

Artwork will be reproduced as submitted, so please check that the image is completely correct.without dot,without hole.

Sizes we normally suggest are: - tagless label is 2-3 inches - The front pattern is 12 inches width, - The pattern of the pocket is 2 inches width - The pattern on the sleeves is 3inches width.

If you need a bigger pattern, we can custom for you, the widest is 22 inches HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat your tshirt before heat transfers.

2. APPLICATION TEMPERATURE:160° C or 325°F

3. HEAVY PRESSURE IS REQUIRED: over 0.24 kgf/cm^2

4. PRESSING TIME: 15 seconds, then peel cold,Peeling off the transparent film tape, finally, that's all there is to it. When the transfers are cold, remove the backing from one corner to see if they have stuck, and then remove the rest of the backing.

If the transfer hasn't taken, try pressing again for 5 seconds at a time and then waiting for cold down again.

A home iron is not recommended for pressing the DTF onto any garment.

Care Instructions - Turn garment inside out and wash wash cold on delicate cycle. - Lay flat to dry. - Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron directly onto the design.

But we are very careful with every new order.

Sometimes we have to print 2 pieces of the pattern, print it on black or white fabric, send a video to the customer for approval, and then start bulk production.

Due to the time difference, the shipment will be made on the third or fourth day.
